There is a ramp provided at the south entrance to the plant. The doors are at grade, and push-plates are provided at the interior of the vestibule for exiting.


Metered parking is available in lot E 23 on the south side of this building and along Oak Street There are no designates spaces reserved.

Interior Access Route:

Enter up the ramp and through the south pair of doors. To access the elevator, turn east at the first intersecting hall. Jog north to room 139. The elevator is on the south wall of this room and will service the basement. To access the restrooms, turn west (at the end of the hall) before room 139. The restrooms are in the middle of this hallway and clearly noted with signage.


The accessible men's restroom is located in room 61 in the Basement. Note: The first floor restroom in room 144A is not accessible.
The accessible women's restrooms are located in room 144 on the first floor and room 60 in the basement.


An elevator is needed and provided to reach the basement level. See Interior Access Route.
