Accessible Entries:

Automatic doors are located at the east end of the south side of the building. The west and east entrances are accessible by ramps. Planning is underway for replacing the wheelchair lift at the north entry with a ramp.


There are 2 accessible parking spaces in lot D10 on the east side of the building, facing the Natural History Building. Unrestricted metered parking is available in the north section of lot D10.

Interior Access Route:

Enter through the southeast entry, continue north up corridor, turn west through the main lobby to North elevators. The north elevators are located past the lobby on the south wall. Or, from the entry, turn west, continue west through the large reading lounge to the South elevators. The south elevators are located past the southwest entry on the north wall.


An accessible restroom for men is located in room 179 on the First floor.
An accessible restroom for women is located in room 178 on the First floor.


Elevators are needed and are provided to change floors in this building. There are two primary sets of elevators, the North bank, in the northwest corner and the South bank in the southwest corner of the building. See Interior Access Route.
